Michelle Sainte Carson is a Project Management Professional (PMP), providing training, coaching, and consulting in Project Management, Quality, and Continuous Improvement.

With 15+ years experience, Michelle has managed many quality and continuous improvement projects and programs. She has developed and facilitated courses in the areas of project management, process documentation, conflict management, time management, and effective leadership. Michelle’s extensive background in Quality Management includes directing and achieving ISO 9000 registrations, quality awards and local and state certifications. Her past and current participation with local and national quality membership groups such as the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and the Center for Quality in Management (CQM) includes teaching courses, and acting as an examiner for state Quality Awards. She is a member of the Kentuckiana PMI Chapter and ASQ and is ITIL V2 Foundation Certified.

She was raised in Winchester, KY, attended the University of Kentucky, and holds a BA from Indiana University.
