WHY MCT?
MCT Consulting & Training exists to provide training, coaching and consulting in project management, leadership, personal development, quality, continuous improvement and PMP certification exam preparation.
MCT uses proven consulting methods to develop strategy, deploy strategy, improve processes and achieve results, we work closely with key stakeholders to transfer knowledge with the goal being that they learn to accomplish the results independently.
MCT training provides real-world application of project management, business analysis, continuous improvement and personal effectiveness skills to all participants. All positive change in a business starts at the employee level and we teach all students/participants that the change begins with each of them.

MEET MICHELLE
Michelle started MCT in 2008 and has helped hundreds of people with their business, careers and education. Her passion for training and consulting shines through on each engagement which has driven MCT's success over the last 10 years.
